Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Jo Homes Owner/Broker

Real Estate has always been a passion of mine. At first, I thought a career in this industry seemed intimidating, but through education and by building relationships I knew it was something I would excel in. In 2017 I became a licensed Salesperson, in 2020 I bought my first single family house and in 2024 I became a licensed Broker. Over the past eight years I have helped my clients purchase homes, sell homes, lease apartments and also listed rentals for landlords while finding them qualified tenants. In early 2025 I reached my highest achievement to date, which is starting my own brokerage company, Stephanie Jo Homes. I am very excited for this next chapter and I am looking forward to helping all my clients find their next place that they will call home.
